It never rains in California…but we dream about it a lot. And I watch rainy ambience videos on YouTube! And rain is what has inspired my newest release that I call Drip, Drip, Drop! Which is an allusion to a sweet little song in an animated movie about a deer and his forest friends. :) Maybe you know the one I’m talking about?
At any rate let me tell you a little about the design. The model is stitched on 36 count Dreams of Spring Edinburgh Linen from Mountain Aire Hand Dyed Fabrics, two strands of DMC over two threads. It does include blended threads, fractional stitches and backstitching. All of which adds up to an adorable mouse taking shelter under a mushroom from the rain. The stitch count is 78 wide by 95 high and done on the suggested fabric has a finished size of 4 3/4” wide by 5 1/2”.
